In order to really achieve meaningful results and embed habits that stick, I ask for an initial minimum commitment of 3 months on the subscription you have signed up for. This will not normally be negotiated or amended thereafter, except in exceptional circumstances. After the initial 3 months, you may leave any time, providing one month’s written notice (this can be by email). Full, clear terms and conditions are available before signup. If you would rather just have ad-hoc coached training sessions without commitment, on a session-by-session basis, please book individual coaching sessions only, however, this option does not come with remote support, nutrition advice, mobile phone app or habit coaching.
I ask for a direct debit paid every calendar month. I use a safe, secure and trusted merchant called Stripe, and you can book and pay easily through my booking page.
Why yes, I’m glad you’ve asked. I’m a win/win type of girl, so if you pay for 3 months upfront, I’ll treat you to 15% off. Pay for 6 months and you’ll get a handsome 20% off. Pay for 12 months and you’ll get a rather delicious 30% off, potentially saving you over £2100! Because I like committed people, and that type of commitment deserves a reward.
Unfortunately not. At least, certainly not as ‘a surprise’! I’ve done this a few times in the past, for well-meaning loved ones with the best intentions at heart. Sadly unless the client has directly sought my services, and put some ‘skin in the game’, they tend not to be mentally or emotionally ready to commit to any changes. I’ve also seen a little resentment flare up between spouses for the seemingly thoughtful and generous surprise. Awkward! You’d think I’d just want your money anyway right? Nope, I have morals. The driving-force behind the way I work is in changing lives. People have to be ready for that.
I will make an exception, however, if the client has already directly requested my services, and demonstrated efforts to change.
